Buying products from MIE CCTV

Buying from us could not be easier.  Simply browse all our stock online and click on the items you wish to buy to place them into your basket. When you are ready to purchase your items simply view your basket and continue to the checkout area where you will be asked to provide a few details so we can process your order.  At the final stage of the checkout you'll be asked to provide your card details on our secure RBS Worldpay site, then your order is complete and we'll begin processing your order.

Delivery

These prices only apply for deliveries within the United Kingdom. Please call or email for delivery prices outside the United Kingdom.

All prices are subject to VAT.

How long will delivery take?

Orders placed before 2:30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed outside these times are dispatched next working day.

Next Day orders should arrive within 24 hours of dispatch. Standard delivery orders take 2 to 3 working days to arrive.

VAT

All orders are subject to the standard 20% VAT and this is added to your order at the checkout.

DOA/Faulty Products

If you experience any problems with your purchased products within the first few days or you receive a faulty product, please contact us on 01527 576444 and so we can deal with your request.

Returns Policy

Provided we receive the goods within 7 days of issuing a returns number and the goods are in their original packaging and condition we will refund the price paid within 30 days from the date that we receive the goods. Return of the goods to MIE Solutions UK Limited is at the buyers cost and risk.

Faulty Products

All goods are covered by a 1 year warranty. If you receive a faulty product or the product becomes faulty during warranty period please email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
