If you need to access your CCTV DVR over the internet and on your mobile phone to see the live images but don’t have the required IT knowledge to do this yourself we can do this for you remotely by logging into your PC and configuring all the required settings on your Router and DVR.

   This Package Includes

• Remote configuration of your Router – using either a Static or Dynamic IP address
• We ensure its possible to see your premises remotely and check on Internet Explorer
• Telephone support to configure either a I phone or Goggle Android Device

Please note: You must ensure you have your router login and password handy without this its not possible to configure the settings needed.  You will also need to know from your ISP if you have a static or dynamic external IP address.
